One affordable registration fee includes:
- 8 x 1 hour yoga workouts designed to stretch and strengthen your body for upcoming childbirth, and to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy
- The practise of simple meditative techniques to help you foster conscious relaxation, the optimal state from which to give birth
- A 15 minute prenatal discussion before each workout. Topics include prenatal nutrition, birth preparation, the science of babywearing, approaches to infant sleep, and more!
The Blossom Prenatal Yoga Program is the most comprehensive, cost effective, highest quality pregnancy yoga class in London!

Wednesday evenings - 7:00 to 8:15pm
Thursday evenings - 6:30 to 7:45pm
Saturday morning 1 - 9:00 to 10:15am

Life With Baby is a holistic pre and postnatal wellness centre. It is located on 256 Central Ave. in a beautifully restored, heritage home, overlooking Victoria Park in downtown London.

Prenatal Yoga Classes run in 8 week sessions:
- $100 / 8 week session (plus HST)
- To reserve your spot, payment is due at time of registration. We will follow-up with you to arrange payment options.
- Fees are adjusted to accommodate your due date.
