  • A 30 minute prenatal discussion before each workout. Topics include prenatal nutrition, birth preparation, the science of babywearing, approaches to infant sleep, and more!

Wednesday evenings, 7:00 - 8:30pm (1½ hours).

And/or consider joining Blossom Prenatal Aquafit on Thursday evenings or Blossom Prenatal Strength on Tuesday evenings!

Pregnancy Yoga Classes run in 8 week sessions:

  • Fall 1: September 8 - October 27
  • Fall 2: November 3 - December 22
  • Winter: January 12 - March 2
  • Spring: March 23 - May 11
  • Summer: June 1 - July 20

The YMCA – Centre Branch has a beautiful, spacious yoga studio. The YMCA is located in downtown London on 382 Waterloo St. (at the corner of King St.). Free parking!

Prenatal Yoga Classes run in 8 week sessions:

  • $100 / 8 week session (taxes included) Only $50 for YMCA Members
  • Payment is due on the first day of class
  • Payment is made in cash or cheque made payable to Marie Claire Bilyk
  • Fees are adjusted to accommodate your due date.
