This CD contains two distinct meditations. Each meditation has been carefully constructed using well researched techniques for highly effective stress and pain management.
Topics Include:
- Relaxing Breathwork: This meditation recognizes that being in a state of conscious relaxation is the optimal state from which to give birth. The breath is explored as a powerful anchoring tool and an essential constant companion during the birthing process. This meditation will bring you into a state of calm confidence that you can be present to whatever happens during the birth.
- Energizing Body Scan: This meditation combines an eastern wisdom of the body’s seven energy centres, with a western knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the pregnant and birthing body. This meditation will leave you feeling energized, balanced, and in-tune with your body and mind. You will learn how to work with your inner wisdom, now and during the birthing process.
