Prenatal Discussions
Included with your pregnancy exercise classes as part of the complete Blossom Fitness Program
There is a ½ hour prenatal discussion before each 1 hour fitness class. You will receive up-to-date, research based information, and have an opportunity to share your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences. These discussions will help to develop supportive relationships with other expectant moms. These special friendships often last for many years. Each topic includes a printed handout to be stored in your Blossom Fitness folder. These important topics are not usually covered in your prenatal classes through the Health Unit.
