"What makes Blossom Prenatal Pilates Classes special?"

Pilates is a great mind/body exercise program that helps build strength through the back and abdominals. Moms will gently build the core strength required to support the body's changes while improving balance and coordination. Using the Pilates principles of centering, control and breathing, the prenatal routines will help to increase endurance while building muscular and pelvic floor control, all of which aid during the delivery and recovery.

Prenatal Pilates classes are created with slow and controlled movements to allow for Moms in all stages of pregnancy to participate. Classes include kneeling, seated and side lying movements with gentle stretching to help relieve the aches and pains through the back and hips.

"When?"

Tuesday evenings - 6:30 - 7:45pm

  • Winter 1: January 10 - February 28
  • Winter 2: March 6 - April 24
  • Spring: May 1 - June 19

The Rebirth Wellness Centre is a holistic pre and postnatal wellness centre.  It is located on 256 Central Ave. in a beautifully restored, heritage home, overlooking Victoria Park in downtown London.

"Cost?"

Prenatal Pilates Classes run in 8 week sessions:

  • $100 / 8 week session (plus HST)
  • To reserve your spot, payment is due at time of registration. We will follow-up with you to arrange payment options.
  • Fees are adjusted to accommodate your due date.
